Aspart of this transaction an agreement was reached between the partieswhereby Präsenta will continue to market Bastei Lübbe AG products via theexisting network. It was agreed not to disclose the purchase price. Thesale of the investment is expected to reduce the earnings of Bastei LübbeAG by around EUR 1.3 million in the current financial year.
